Standing in the shadows outside this gate, my heart
longed to be bathed by the light flooding the courtyard.
My focus changed from what was going on around me
to just wanting to head for that glorious light.  That
longing is what I wanted to share in this painting. 

Philippians 3:20-21
“But our citizenship is in heaven.  And we eagerly await
a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, who by the
power that enables Him to bring everything under His
control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they
will be like His glorious body.”
